Order Picker (Low, Medium and High Level) training in Derby
Trucks that lift the operator with the forks so they can pick individual cases straight from racking. Classified by working height.

About the order picker (low, medium and high level)
Order pickers are designed for case or item picking rather than full-pallet moves. The operator rides on a platform that rises with the forks, so they can take goods directly from a racking location onto a pallet or roll cage carried on the forks. Low-level order pickers (LLOPs) keep the operator near the floor; medium and high-level machines lift them several metres.
The hazard profile shifts from load stability to working at height: harness use, guard rails and gates, and the rules about leaving the platform at height. High-level order pickers often work in guided aisles like VNA trucks.
Training is certificated by working height, so make sure you tell us the maximum platform height of your trucks when you request a quote.

Order Picker (Low, Medium and High Level) training questions
What's the difference between low-level and high-level order picker training?
The categories are set by platform height. Low level is a short course; medium and high level add working-at-height and harness content and take longer.
