About Forklift Agency Derby

Forklift Agency, established in 2007, is one of the largest on-site forklift training providers in the UK, yet we still offer outstanding levels of customer service because we are family-owned and thrive on it. The Derby operation runs from our unit at Storefirst on Riverside Way, with the company's head office a few miles up the A6 in Belper.

As a family-owned business we believe in providing a professional service for all our customers, small or large — a service that really feels personal. That is how we make sure every client is happy with the training they receive.

Our forklift instructors

Our forklift instructors have all been vetted by us and are highly qualified RTITB, AITT and/or ITSSAR professionals. They make sure every trainee is qualified to the highest possible level, following HSE legislation at all times, and they keep your relevant staff up to date on each trainee's progress.

All companies have a duty of care to employees and customers to ensure all actions are undertaken by competent staff. Forklift Agency's aim is to assist with quality. Every instructor and examiner has been checked and their paperwork is kept up to date; we do not allow for failures, so that you, our customer, are completely satisfied.

Workers on shifts? We are here

Our instructors fit into any shift pattern — early mornings, nights and weekends — at no extra cost, subject to availability. Always available to suit you and your company.

Part of a national provider
