Forklift Agency, established in 2007 is one of the largest on-site forklift training providers in the UK, yet we still offer outstanding levels of customer service as we are family owned and thrive on our customer service.

As a family owned business, we believe in providing a professional service for all our customers, small or large. A service that really feels personal. This helps us to ensure that all of our clients are happy with the service and forklift training they receive.

Our forklift instructors have all been vetted by ourselves and are highly qualified R.T.I.T.B. (RTITB), A.I.T.T. (AITT) and/or I.T.S.S.A.R. (ITSSAR) professionals to all of our clients and satisfied customers is what we achieve!

Our Forklift Instructors ensure that all trainees are qualified to the highest possible level following HSE legislation at all times. All relevant staff are kept up to date by our instructors, on the progress of their trainees.

All companies and businesses have a ‘Duty of Care’ to employees and customers to ensure all actions are undertaken by competent staff. Forklift Agency’s aim is to assist with ‘quality’.

All of our instructors and examiners have been checked and paperwork is all up to date, we do not allow for failures so that you, our customer are completely satisfied with our service.

We provide highly qualified R.T.I.T.B. (RTITB), A.I.T.T. (AITT) and/or I.T.S.S.A.R. (ITSSAR) instructors to all of our clients and satisfied customers is what we achieve!

FLEXIBLE TRAINING

We know not all businesses are 9-5, thats why our Instructors are quite flexible and can provide training, even on those night shifts! (Subject to availability).

HSE Recognised Forklift Training

All of our Instructors have qualifications that are recognised by the Health & Safety Executive, so you can rest assured that your team will be trained to the highest standards
